1. Payments
All payments are made securely via Yoco. Once you’ve made your purchase and sent your Proof of Payment (POP) to info@trougoedjies.co.za, we’ll send you a list of the information we need to get started.
International Payments: Please contact us directly at info@trougoedjies.co.za for our international account details or alternative payment methods.
Pricing Note: All prices listed exclude printing costs (unless specifically mentioned as included) and any shipping fees.
2. Design Timelines
We work on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to complete your design within 2 weeks, but this depends on:

When we receive all the required information from you, and

How quickly we receive your feedback on drafts.
Delays in feedback or missing information will naturally extend your timeline.
3. Revisions and Design Limitations
All custom designs include two (2) rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design.
Any additional revision rounds will be charged at an extra fee.
Major layout changes or redesigns after approval may also incur additional costs.
All Website Invites exclude a custom domain (URL) — this can be arranged separately if required.
4. Pre-Designed Templates
Pre-designed templates do not include design assistance or custom changes. If you would like help with editing, layout adjustments, or design support, this can be added as an additional service at an extra fee.
5. Wedding Websites
All Wedding Websites will remain live for two (2) months after the wedding date, unless otherwise arranged. After this period, the site may be removed or deleted unless selected to be used as marketing material by TrouGoedjies.
If you’d like to keep your website live for longer, please contact us to discuss extended hosting options.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights
All designs remain the intellectual property of TrouGoedjies.
You are granted a personal-use license to print or share your purchased design. Resale, redistribution, or modification of any TrouGoedjies designs without written consent is not permitted.
TrouGoedjies reserves the right to use completed designs for portfolio and promotional purposes (e.g., social media or website).
💛 We will never share personal details such as contact information or addresses publicly.
7. File Formats & Delivery
All designs are delivered digitally via email. Files are supplied in high-resolution PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats, depending on the product. Editable source files (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, PSD) are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
No printed items are included unless otherwise stated.
8. Communication and Feedback
All communication is handled via email and WhatsApp to keep a clear record of feedback and approvals. Please allow up to 48 hours for replies during weekdays.
9. File Storage
Final design files will be stored for 30 days after completion.
After this period, TrouGoedjies cannot guarantee file retrieval unless prior arrangements are made.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Because each order is a custom design service, all sales are final.
Once design work has started, refunds cannot be processed.
If you wish to cancel before design work has started, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover admin and preparation time.
For editable templates, once purchased, refunds cannot be processed.
11. Approval and Responsibility
Once you approve your final design, TrouGoedjies is not responsible for any errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or wording).
Please proofread your content carefully before giving final approval.
12. Force Majeure
TrouGoedjies will not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to events beyond our control, including illness, power outages, internet disruptions, or natural events.
